Our recent 2-day escape to the Intercontinental Hanoi Westlake (October 4-6, 2025) was an absolute delight, leaving us thoroughly impressed. The excellent service set a high standard that continued throughout our stay.
Our room was wonderfully spacious, providing a comfortable and luxurious sanctuary after a day of exploration.
The buffet breakfast was a true highlight, a fantastic variety from authentic local Vietnamese dishes to delightful Korean options and classic Western menu– a perfect start to each day.
Evenings were magical, especially at the Sunset Bar. We were incredibly fortunate to have clear weather, allowing us to witness breathtaking sunsets over the West Lake from what truly is the best vantage point. It was an unforgettable experience.
We also enjoyed a memorable dinner at the hotel Cafe Du Lac Restaurant, where the staff were not only attentive but also generously shared fascinating insights about Hanoi, adding a personal touch to our
dining experience.
We highly recommend it for anyone seeking an exceptional stay in Hanoi.

超棒的飯店，服務好，房間比較遠有電動車接送，早餐好吃，風景非常的棒，房間內也很干凈味道清晰，每個房都有陽臺可以坐在那放空??

我是第一次去越南，因為一直有住開洲際習慣，所以去唔同城市首選會足洲際，因為品牌有一定嘅保障，服務和位置都有優勢??特別是這西湖的夜景，讓我安靜享受。下次還會選擇入住??

飯店漂亮，出入都有接駁車可以搭乘，服務人員態度非常親切，晚上的酒吧也不錯，入晚依舊美麗，雖然費用略高一些，但很值得體驗

河內西湖洲際酒店是坐落在西湖安靜一角上的水上宮殿，幾棟獨立小樓組成了安靜又美麗的園區，非常漂亮！所有的服務員都親和有禮，尤其是川梭在大堂與各棟之間的電瓶車，隨叫隨到非常給力；酒店早餐豐富多彩，你可以看著湖景喝咖啡品美食感受人生美好。

同類相比硬件設施比國內亞朵酒店差一截，酒店比較小，價格類比國內太貴了大床房帶早餐1k出頭，性價比不行。飲品，餐食價格和北上廣高級酒店持平 。但是飲食衛生和味道都OK
酒店還是比較干凈的，酒店工作人員也熱心，負責。感覺越南年輕人比較多，確實更具朝氣一點。
