Our recent 2-day escape to the Intercontinental Hanoi Westlake (October 4-6, 2025) was an absolute delight, leaving us thoroughly impressed. The excellent service set a high standard that continued throughout our stay.
Our room was wonderfully spacious, providing a comfortable and luxurious sanctuary after a day of exploration.
The buffet breakfast was a true highlight, a fantastic variety from authentic local Vietnamese dishes to delightful Korean options and classic Western menu– a perfect start to each day.
Evenings were magical, especially at the Sunset Bar. We were incredibly fortunate to have clear weather, allowing us to witness breathtaking sunsets over the West Lake from what truly is the best vantage point. It was an unforgettable experience.
We also enjoyed a memorable dinner at the hotel Cafe Du Lac Restaurant, where the staff were not only attentive but also generously shared fascinating insights about Hanoi, adding a personal touch to our
dining experience.
We highly recommend it for anyone seeking an exceptional stay in Hanoi.

超棒的饭店，服务好，房间比较远有电动车接送，早餐好吃，风景非常的棒，房间内也很干净味道清晰，每个房都有阳台可以坐在那放空??

我是第一次去越南，因为一直有住开洲际习惯，所以去唔同城市首选会足洲际，因为品牌有一定嘅保障，服务和位置都有优势??特别是这西湖的夜景，让我安静享受。下次还会选择入住??

饭店漂亮，出入都有接驳车可以搭乘，服务人员态度非常亲切，晚上的酒吧也不错，入晚依旧美丽，虽然费用略高一些，但很值得体验

河内西湖洲际酒店是坐落在西湖安静一角上的水上宫殿，几栋独立小楼组成了安静又美丽的园区，非常漂亮！所有的服务员都亲和有礼，尤其是川梭在大堂与各栋之间的电瓶车，随叫随到非常给力；酒店早餐丰富多彩，你可以看着湖景喝咖啡品美食感受人生美好。

同类相比硬件设施比国内亚朵酒店差一截，酒店比较小，价格类比国内太贵了大床房带早餐1k出头，性价比不行。饮品，餐食价格和北上广高级酒店持平 。但是饮食卫生和味道都OK
酒店还是比较干净的，酒店工作人员也热心，负责。感觉越南年轻人比较多，确实更具朝气一点。
